Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join us as the Senior Manager or Associate Director of Non- Product Commodity Management for Logistics category supporting APAC region.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the overall APAC logistics strategy for RTX as part of RTX Corporate Global/International (APAC & EMEA) logistics team. You will support and drive strategic sourcing initiatives across key logistics domains within APAC region, including air, road, ocean freight, third-party logistics (3PL), network design, warehousing, and data analytics.
You will lead the design and optimization of end-to-end logistics strategies by leveraging integrated data-driven insights, innovative technologies, and regional (APAC) market intelligence, enhancing service levels, achieving cost efficiencies and driving operational excellence.
This role also leads cross-functional, multiple business unit team efforts (Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace & Raytheon) within APAC region, lead APAC logistics council to drive oneRTX logistics vision. RTX APAC has primary footprint in Singapore, India, China, Philippines, New Zealand, Australia and Malaysia.
This role requires a visionary thinker and change catalyst with strong leadership capabilities, deep logistics expertise, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization.
