Job Description Summary:
The Senior Accounting & Reporting Manager role is in the Financial Reporting & Accounting Team, which is part of the Company’s Consolidation Group. This team is responsible for leading the collection, consolidation & reporting of actuals as well as the maintenance of the Company’s Financial Consolidation (FC) reporting systems.
Function-Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of this role include the following:
External and Internal Financial Reporting:
Collaborate with assigned accounting locations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of the financial close process
Build & maintain relationships with global locations by communicating jointly-developed standards, projects, & enhancements
Provide accounting & system guidance to locations to ensure financial statements are free from material errors
Review the quarterly balance sheet & cash flow submissions & associated narratives as well as follow up on & resolve questions/issues independently
Understand & log all material identified financial statement errors & coordinate with locations to facilitate timely corrections
Analyze & provide insights related to the quarterly balance sheet & cash flow results to senior management, FP&A, and Investor Relations
Prepare and/or review information used for external reporting (Earnings Release, 10-Q, 10-K) & support the SEC filing each quarter
Support leadership team with ad hoc requests
Support the quarterly and yearly external audit
Drive continuous process improvement
Consolidation System Stewardship:
Understand system functionality, including the impact to consolidated results & reporting
Support updates to the Financial Consolidation (FC) system, including testing & reviews
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
CPA preferred
Related Work Experience:
5+ years of relevant work experience; public accounting experience preferred
Strong accounting & U.S. GAAP knowledge required
Financial analysis & reporting experience preferred
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred but not required)
Strong systems knowledge, exposure, or aptitude (SAP Financial Consolidation preferred)

United States of America: $123,000 - $139,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
