WinnCompanies is in search of a highly skilled and agile Senior Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic Operations Team in Southern California.
The Senior Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations of multiple properties and perform maintenance functions as a working supervisor. In this role, you will ensure that the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing Maintenance Supervisors at the properties.
Travel in Southern California Los Angeles Metro area is required with mileage reimbursement. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The position offers a pay range of $39.51 to $47.51 per hour, depending on experience.
