  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operational logistics procurement and/or logistics operations, preferably within a European scope
  • Strong knowledge of European logistics, including groupage transport, warehousing operations, and transport service providers
  • Experience with storage and transportation of hazardous goods is preferred
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results without close supervision
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Very fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with calculations, data analysis, and IT-based procurement tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Pragmatic mindset with the maturity to handle both strategic and operational tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural, and geographically distributed organization
  • Strong commitment to Safety First and Quality principles
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
