About the Role:
Flinders University’s College of Science and Engineering is seeking an accomplished, forward-thinking academic to join our expanding team as Senior Lecturer in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Situated at the intersection of Computer Science and Mathematics, this role offers a distinct opportunity to drive innovation in one of the most dynamic fields of modern technology.
You will play a key role in delivering engaging, industry-relevant education in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science that inspires the next generation of AI specialists. Beyond the classroom, you will lead impactful research that advances our understanding and application of intelligent systems. The position also offers unique opportunities to build relationships with external stakeholders across industry, government, and research organisations to promote Flinders’ national and international reputation in this field.
This position is open to international candidates and relocation and visa support is available.

You are an experienced academic with a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
