Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, the Senior Learning and Development Coordinator will design and deliver technical courses and skill-based training that align to the learning and development priorities of the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the execution of business as usual, small-scale training program
Lead or support quick wins, process improvements, and initiatives that will improve learning and development operations
Lead or support in the conceptualization, preparation and implementation of new courses/s
Work and develop relationships with trainers, consultants and learning business partners in delivering function or organization-wide learning and development programs or initiatives
Assist in completing the learning numbers and reporting of the function and the entire organization
Perform and administer external training by connecting to vendors to support the learning and development priorities of the function
Facilitate technical courses and high-priority courses to the employees and/or leaders
Create and maintain a variety of training documents and aids
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in business-related course/programs.
Must have at least 4-5 years’ experience in Learning and Development/OD/Talent and or related fields combined
1-2 years of relevant work experience in managing and executing programs
Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus
Experience in eLearning instructional design is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong Program Design, Delivery and Evaluation
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Agile project management skills
Ability to proactively respond to situations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must). Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Project.
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines.
