Our Operational Excellence (OpEx) team serves as a strategic driver of enterprise transformation, redefining how the organization operates and delivers value at scale. The team leads global and regional initiatives that advance continuous improvement, Lean management, process automatization, and process excellence. By embedding disciplined ways of working and scalable solutions, OpEx enhances operational performance, strengthens organizational capability, and delivers sustained, measurable impact aligned with our strategic priorities.
Where you come in:
• You will own enterprise-wide discovery and transformation efforts, framing ambiguous, high-impact problems into clear opportunity spaces and strategic initiatives
• You will orchestrate cross-functional alignment at scale, resolving competing priorities across supply chain, finance, IT, quality, and operations to drive enterprise outcomes
• You will set the vision and standards for process excellence, defining methodologies, governance, and best practices adopted across global teams
• You will lead multi-domain transformation programs end-to-end (strategy → design → implementation → value realization), ensuring alignment to business priorities and measurable outcomes
• You will establish KPI frameworks and operating cadences, embedding accountability through clear ownership, performance tracking, and executive-level reporting
• You will influence senior leadership and executives, shaping decisions through data-backed insights,
structured problem-solving, and scenario modeling
• You will sponsor and guide solution design across process, data, and technology, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and alignment with long-term architecture
• You will coach and elevate Level 3–4 practitioners, building organizational capability in continuous improvement, business analysis, and transformation delivery
What makes you successful:
• You bring 8–12+ years of experience in business transformation, process excellence, or strategy roles, with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale impact
• You demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, connecting operational improvements to broader business goals (growth, cost, service, and working capital)
• You have mastery of problem structuring and discovery, consistently turning ambiguity into clear problem statements, aligned stakeholders, and actionable roadmaps, Lean 6 Sigma Green / Black Belt certification is an advantage
• You influence at the executive level, confidently challenging assumptions, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving decisions without formal authority
• You apply advanced analytical and financial acumen, translating data into insights and linking initiatives to measurable business value
• You have deep expertise in enterprise systems, with strong understanding of planning platforms, and end-to-end process integration and automation
• You exhibit program leadership excellence, managing complex dependencies, risks, and change across large-scale, multi-region initiatives
• You act as a force multiplier, mentoring others, raising the bar for quality and rigor, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• You balance strategic vision with pragmatic execution, ensuring solutions are not only innovative but also implementable, adopted, and sustained

Monthly base salary for this position is from €5,305.42 to €6,553.75 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.#DexcomLithuania
