Senior Lead ITSM Product Manager

RALEIGH, NC Full time

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Lead ITSM Strategic Enablement Product Manager, who will define, prioritize, and deliver enterprise ITSM capabilities that advance platform maturity, data integrity, automation, and cross-functional enablement.


In this role, you will:

  • Own and manage product backlog aligned to strategic ITSM capability objectives
  • Translate enterprise strategy into prioritized features and stories
  • Partner with engineering and architecture to ensure scalable, governed solutions
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across ITSM product domains
  • Define success metrics and adoption measures
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions
  • Ensure platform configuration aligns with enterprise standards and data models
  • Identify risks and dependencies across value streams
  • Support enablement and adoption efforts through documentation, training, and working sessions.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of ITSM experience
  • 2+ years of Agile experience
  • Experience with AI Agent Authoring (Configuration, LLM, ML)
  • Strong communication skills.


Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience implementing technology capabilities in ServiceNow with proven experience in the CSDM module
  • 2+ Years of JIRA experience
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management.


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • This position is hybrid and must be located at one of the posted locations.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
