The Senior Lead, FP&A is responsible for strengthening SIM’s financial planning, budgeting and performance management processes. The role supports the CFO and Head of FCP in driving financial insights, improving forecasting accuracy and enhancing financial decision support across the organisation.
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast exercises.
Coordinate budget submissions from divisions and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
Review and challenge assumptions to ensure robust financial planning.
Monitor organisational financial performance against budget and forecast.
Analyse key financial drivers and provide insights to support management decision-making.
Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial performance.
Prepare consolidated management P&L reports for senior leadership and management committees.
Develop meaningful financial analysis and commentary to support strategic discussions.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Work closely with business units and finance divisions to understand operational drivers and financial implications.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
