Overview
Join SC Johnson, a global leader in household brands, and help shape the future of our Traditional Trade channel in Poland. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will drive growth, build strong distributor partnerships, and lead strategic initiatives that make a real impact.
About the Role
This role is pivotal in managing Traditional Trade, including Distributors, Cash & Carry, and local supermarkets. You will lead one direct report, negotiate key agreements, and ensure profitable execution across the channel. Your expertise will influence SC Johnson’s commercial strategy and strengthen our market position.
About the Team
You’ll be part of the SC Johnson Poland Lead Team, collaborating closely with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver outstanding results. Our team values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
Coach and develop one direct report to ensure high performance.
Negotiate annual agreements and promotional plans with key partners.
Manage promo spend budgets and oversee P&L for the channel.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver business objectives.
Track KPIs including market share growth and distributor performance metrics.
Experience You’ll Bring
Master’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Economics.
5–8 years of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG and Traditional Trade.
Proven success in managing distributors and leading teams.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
Fluent in English and Polish.
