Job Summary

Manage and operate VAS systems, monitor and troubleshoot issues, support NOC 24/7, test software, and develop operational tools. Requires 5–10 years’ experience with strong skills in Unix, Shell Script, Python, and SQL.

* Implement and operate systems for VAS services.

* Maintain Andromeda System, Content Platform, and Short Message System.

* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to handle customer complaints.

* Provide support to the NOC (1st-tier team) during on-call periods (24/7).

* Conduct testing to ensure software meets key architectural requirements.

* Develop and program operational tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications :

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunication Engineering.

* 5–10 years of experience in the computer or telecommunication field.

* Strong knowledge of Unix, Shell Script, Python, and SQL.

* Proficient in Unix Administration and Data Science.
