We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to help us design and enhance advanced data architecture, analyze business needs, and support teams in making data-driven decisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into specifications for development teams.
Designing data solutions to support key business processes (data modeling, business logic, data sources, ETL processes).
Collaborating with IT and business teams to create consistent and efficient analytical solutions.
Participating in the design and development of Data Warehouse architecture and Business Intelligence systems.
Mapping business and technical processes and identifying improvements in the data warehouse area.
Creating and maintaining technical and functional system documentation.
Supporting data analysis, report preparation, and dashboard development.
Defining, implementing, and promoting best practices in software development.
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 5 years of experience in IT analysis, data warehouse projects, or large analytical systems.
Is proficient in databases, SQL, and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, SSIS).
Can model data according to best practices.
Has experience in data integration across multiple systems.
Understands business processes and can translate them into technical requirements.
Demonstrates analytical thinking, independence, and initiative.
Works effectively in a team and shares knowledge.
Communicates in English at a level enabling work with documentation and international teams (min. B2).
Is familiar with task and documentation management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Nice to have:
Experience in the insurance sector.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Lakehouse, Azure DevOps).
Experience in designing IT system architecture.
