Ferring+You
You will participate in the validation and design of integration architectures with a focus on the correct selection and implementation of Enterprise Integration Patterns. A comprehensive knowledge of integration patterns, integration toolsets, and integration antipatterns is required. Security and GxP are considered a hygiene factor and permeate all your work. You are expected to coordinate effectively with internal teams as well as nearshore and offshore partners, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and smooth delivery across organizational boundaries.
Your day at Ferring
Support technical project management including planning, estimations, and delivery activities.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, performance reviews, and development plans
Own technical architecture and governance for SAP Integration Suite and Informatica IICS
Define and enforce integration standards, patterns, and best practices
Ensure GxP, data integrity, validation, and pharma regulatory compliance
Design end-to-end API, messaging, event, and ETL integrations (PowerCenter a plus)
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable integration solutions
Guide delivery through design reviews, mentoring, and technical leadership
Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of integration platforms
Manage platform roadmap, vendors, licensing, and stakeholder alignment
Identify risks and drive continuous improvement
Produce architecture documentation and participate in enterprise architecture governance
Promote API-led and event-driven architecture adoption
Behind our innovation…There’s you
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
At least 10+ years of hands-on with PI/PO, 5+ years with CPI and 5+ years with Informatica IICS/IDMC
Experience in pharmaceutical or other GxP-regulated environments is highly desirable
Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills and high attention to detail
Strong understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns, APIs, Microservices, EDA, ETL, and Enterprise Architecture
Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, documentation skills, and sense of ownership
