Purpose ​

Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist is a key role in Regional Marketing responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies within the assigned vertical, focusing on brand awareness, thought leadership campaigns, local activities and regional field support. ​

The scope of work is focused on campaign leadership and event management to ensure effective localization, impactful content and marketing activities that align with the company's goals and enhance regional engagement.

Job Description​

•Integrated Marketing Strategy Development: Fully own the integrated marketing strategy for your assigned vertical. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns.​

•Local Brand Awareness Campaigns: Lead the partnership with PR, Social, and Content teams to create and execute local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns tailored to your vertical.​

•Marketing Plans: Take ownership of marketing plan development. Collaborate with regional marketing teams to provide consolidated inputs for annual and quarterly marketing plans and associated budgets.​

•Regional Field Support: As an integral member of our global marketing team and the designated IMM for your region, you are responsible for local activities and regional field support.​

•Localization of Corporate Campaigns: Fully oversee the localization of corporate brand awareness campaigns, product launches, content, and other marketing materials. Continuously improve based on campaign performance and feedback.​

•Regional Content Localization: Lead the translation and localization of content for the regional website and other marketing materials.​

•Thought Leadership Activities: Lead all thought leadership activities, coordinating both paid and earned activities in collaboration with your assigned verticals and the segment HQ team.​

•Event Management: Take full responsibility for events management, working directly with regional events teams or HQ: budget management, synchronization with local customer facing teams & marketing teams and HQ marketing teams.​

•Events & Tradeshows: Strategically use events, webinars, industry events, breakfast briefings, executive dinners, virtual events, and conferences/seminars, and customer events as a supporting tool for your assigned vertical.

Qualifications

  • Proven 5+ years of experience creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to track performance, pipeline impact, and ROI.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

  • Event planning expertise (virtual & in-person), from logistics to post-event analysis.

  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.

  • Knowledge with CRM tools, like SalesForce, Qlik Sense, others.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • Nice to have: experience in the technology or communications industry.

Salary Range: $115,000-$130,000 USD annual base salary (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset). This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus, based on both individual and company performance.
