Your role:

As an SMB Account Manager, you’ll be a key player in AppsFlyer’s continued growth in South Korea: managing a book of business across existing SMB clients while bringing new customers into the fold.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to some of the most innovative app developers and marketers in the region, helping them unlock value through data-driven marketing and AppsFlyer’s suite of measurement solutions. You’ll also evangelize AppsFlyer as the Measurement Authority in Korea, driving adoption and market education.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close, across both existing and new SMB customers.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and growth strategies.
  • Drive value-based, consultative selling using MEDDPICC framework and Challenger Sales methodology
  • Use data and insights to tell compelling stories, influencing customer strategy and demonstrating AppsFlyer’s business impact.
  • Build strong, multi-level relationships with stakeholders across marketing, product, analytics, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure executional excellence by maintaining accurate forecasts, monitoring KPIs, and minimizing churn through proactive account management.
  • Exceed revenue and retention targets with disciplined pipeline management and growth mindset.

What you have:

  • Highly consultative with technical knowledge
  • 5–8 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in B2B SaaS sales with Korean companies.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota in competitive environments.
  • Strong understanding of the MarTech and AdTech ecosystem, including mobile analytics, attribution, and marketing automation.
  • Analytical and insight-driven: skilled at crafting data-driven narratives that influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communicator in Korean (native) and English (business level), confident engaging both technical and executive audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and motivated by collaboration and shared success.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
