Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Senior Information Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will focus on the implementation, administration, and ongoing support of information management systems and technologies that drive the success of a major infrastructure program central to the United States’ border security initiatives.

We are seeking passionate, skilled, and experienced professionals to join a major program and construction management team that is dedicated to supporting a large government customer in successfully delivering on this significant initiative. In our anticipated role, Parsons will provide Owner Agent Construction Management Services including Program Management, Construction Management, Risk Management, Scheduling, Cost Estimating, Progress Reporting, Construction Quality Assurance, Safety, and other supporting services to achieve program success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Implement and administer Program Management Information Systems (PMIS) such as Kahua, Procore, Oracle Primavera P6, and other tools to support program controls, documentation, and reporting.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for PMIS platforms and IT systems, ensuring seamless operations for program teams.
  • Collaborate with program stakeholders to define workflows, document processes, and optimize system configurations to meet program needs.
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including office buildouts, remote connectivity solutions, and cloud-based environments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights for program leadership and the client.
  • Train and mentor program staff on the use of PMIS platforms and other technologies, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
  • Work closely with the Principal Information Manager to ensure alignment with program goals and compliance with government regulations and standards.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize functionality and efficiency.
  • Provide detailed documentation and reporting on system implementation, updates, and ongoing support activities.
     

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience as a technical consultant in a related industry
  • Proven experience implementing and supporting PMIS platforms such as Kahua, Procore, Oracle Primavera P6, and other leading tools.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, including office buildouts, remote connectivity solutions, and cloud-based systems.
  • Experience in system administration, troubleshooting, and technical support for distributed or cloud-based environments.
  • Ability to document workflows, configure systems, and optimize processes to meet program requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support program staff in the use of PMIS platforms and other technologies.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and program stakeholders.
     

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Familiarity with business analytics and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Knowledge of standard business processes used in the construction industry.
  • Experience working within large-scale infrastructure or government programs.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • A passion for learning and implementing innovative technologies to drive program success.

Salary Range: $128,700.00 - $231,700.00
