The Government IT and Security (GITS) organization is seeking a Government Information Security Senior Industrial Security Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute Intel Government Technologies (IGT) security strategy covering personnel and physical
- Serve as IGTs Company Security Officer (CSO) of record, leading the organization's National Industrial Security team that manages the execution of the various programs in support of National Security.
- Oversee compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) DCSA, and all relevant federal regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in security practices through benchmarking and adoption of best-in-class solutions.
- Serve as the primary POC for security incidents, ensuring all situations are handled in accordance with NISPOM and other industry standards.
- Serve as IGT's primary liaison with DCSA and other government security stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with government and industry partners to position IGT as a thought leader in industrial security.
- Leverage and expand IGT's network of relationships with Primes and other key industry leaders.
- Partner with business development and client-facing teams to support capture, proposal, and contract execution activities requiring security expertise.
- Anticipate the security needs of a growing business and ensure systems and structures scale with expansion.
Required Experience
- Experience in industrial security, with senior leadership roles in large organizations or government agencies.
- Experience working at large prime contractors, ideally multiple.
- Experience managing or overseeing possessing/safeguarding facilities.
- Demonstrated experience engaging directly with DCSA and other federal security organizations.
- Strong presence within industry groups, associations, or security forums; proven ability to serve as a public-facing representative.
- Significant professional network within the defense and industrial security community.
- Experience balancing compliance rigor with the agility of a fast-growing business environment.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications:
- US Citizenship required.
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or specialized security certifications (e.g., ISP, CPP, CISSP) preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in industrial security, with senior leadership roles in large organizations or government agencies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $199,850.00-282,140.00 USD
