Loop Earplugs is reinventing how people experience the world by enabling them to live life at their own volume. 2024 was a pivotal year at Loop – we hit 14,000,000 earplugs sold, were named ‘The Best Earplugs for Concerts’ by The New York Times, and expanded our product offering to a complete range of solutions for day and night. Oh – and not to mention making history as the first company to win Deloitte’s Fast 50 Belgium twice.
But this is just the beginning. As we continue to develop disruptive products, we’re constantly on the lookout for the next big idea - and building a team who can make it happen.
Being a Looper means making a difference. Whatever your role, this is your stage to make a real impact and bring your ideas to life. Better yet, you’ll join a fast-growing, global team of 250+ people who are passionate, down-to-earth and eager to tackle challenges together.
At Loop, soft goods are not just accessories, they’re part of the product experience. As a Senior Industrial Designer focused on soft goods, you’ll lead entire product tracks where fabric, form, and function come together. You’ll own every phase of design, from first sketch to tooling-ready CAD. This role gives you freedom to push ideas forward and the support to get them built right. If you’re ready to take full creative and technical ownership of soft goods that are both wearable and durable, this is the role that puts you in charge.
You’ll lead the industrial design process for soft goods programs, balancing creative vision with product performance and manufacturability. You’ll bring early ideas to life through detailed CAD, pattern development, and high-fidelity prototyping. Working closely with Product Development and Engineering, you’ll navigate design trade-offs and solve integration challenges in real time. You’ll also contribute to critiques, mentor junior designers, and help define best practices as Loop continues to scale. Your work will reflect both the Loop design language and your own high bar for execution.
You work independently without losing alignment. You think through constraints, not around them. You’re fast with tools and clear in critique, and you care deeply about how design choices translate into customer value. You know how to balance your craft with business needs, and you know how to guide a conversation with visuals that speak for themselves. Your leadership comes from clarity, not control.
