As the Senior Human Capital Development Specialist within the People & Culture team, you will drive the growth of our people, leaders and our culture. You are in the lead for topics like leadership development, culture, engagement and diversity- some well underway, some still relatively new with great potential to make a difference. You bring business savviness, HR expertise, and an entrepreneurial and data-driven mindset to deliver smart, scalable solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the strategy and execution of the different fields of expertise in your domain to support scalable and smart business growth – enhancing quality and efficiency across key HR areas in line with business needs and pace.
- Develop and implement well rounded and business wise initiatives that strengthen becoming a high performing organization for topics like culture, leadership, engagement and diversity
- Partner with key stakeholders and leadership being a pragmatic and trusted partner, to align business needs and priorities, deliver impact, and embed strong, business-savvy people solutions and interaction
- Deliver data-driven, pragmatic solutions that enhance employee experience, boost efficiency, and identify improvement opportunities in line with business needs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority, ensuring alignment and momentum in a complex stakeholder landscape.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5+ years of experience and a concrete track record in driving leadership development, culture building, engagement, and diversity & inclusion, ideally in a fast‑paced and international environment. It’s a strong pre if you also have experience in performance and talent managementand and reward.
- Proven ability to operate independently with a strong sense of ownership and proactive mindset, combined with influence, presence, and credibility, and a positive attitude toward navigating change.
- Business-savvy and people-oriented mindset, with a sharp eye for initiatives that align with organizational goals and needs, strong at stakeholder and project management are confident in navigating complex business interactions.
- Outstanding analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, using tools such as Excel and other analytics solutions, to break down complex problems, generate clear insights, and translate them into meaningful, measurable impact.
- A confident communicator/facilitator, and fluent in English; Dutch is a plus, and you have a master’s degree.
