As the Senior HR Business Partner – Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy across our Supply Chain division. Partnering closely with Divisional Leadership, you will drive organisational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural alignment to support business growth and transformation. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring strong commercial acumen, deep HR expertise, and a passion for enabling high performance in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership:
    Act as a trusted advisor to Divisional Directors and Managers, aligning HR strategies with business goals and performance metrics.
  • Workforce Planning & Talent Management:
    Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to ensure the right capabilities are in place to meet current and future needs.
  • Organisational Development:
    Support change initiatives, organisational design, and cultural transformation to enhance agility, engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
    Provide expert guidance on complex ER matters, fostering a positive employee relations climate and driving engagement across retail teams.
  • Leadership Development:
    Coach and develop leaders to build capability, resilience, and inclusive leadership behaviours.
  • Performance & Reward:
    Embed performance management frameworks and support reward strategies that drive accountability and recognise contribution.
  • HR Analytics & Insights:
    Use data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and measure the impact of HR interventions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    Ensure HR practices comply with employment legislation and internal policies, mitigating risk across the division.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role within a multi-site environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change and transformation initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law and best practice HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

CIPD qualified (Level 7 desirable) or equivalent experience.
