EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the SUMMER of 2026.

Responsibilities of Intern

  • Assist with Community Engagement initiatives, including annual campaigns and organizing volunteer opportunities
  • Streamline process for employee recognition requests.  Fulfilling requests and creating a process for gifting including employee sympathy, new babies, weddings, and retirement
  • Collaborate with Talent Onboarding Specialist for Orientation preparation, Mentorship Program support, and new hire kits and information

About You

You will be expected to work within the hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.

What You're Working With:

  • Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field strongly recommended.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented and deadline driven
  • Ability to organize and interpret data
  • Problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
  • Interest in creating meaningful employee experiences, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives
