About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Service Delivery Representative for Global Mobility team.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee case lifecycles and support the employment based permanent residence labor certification process, including review of resumes, evaluation of qualifications, completion of Department of Labor requirements, and management of SLAs and strict deadlines
- Post Labor Condition Applications and maintain Public Access File compliance
Support service delivery across Global Mobility and Immigration, Mobility Operations, and HR compliance - Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
- Manage records, reporting, and transactions in Workday and ServiceNow
- Update case tracking spreadsheets and internal reports while completing operational tasks such as records management, report generation, and transactions across HR systems and specialized tools in areas such as recruitment
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpret procedures for less experienced staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Support service delivery of HR products and processes across one or more functional areas within HR that may be related to, but not limited to, one or more HR functional areas such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, pay, benefits, incentive plan administration, HRIS and records management, leave of absence, employee and labor relations, HR compliance
- Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within one or more functional areas within HR
- Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
- Be responsible for complex operational tasks that may include, but not limited to records management, report generation, and other transactions across internal human resources information systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and/or other specialized tools within other HR areas like recruitment, incentive administration, etc
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
- Interact with immediate team, internal or external customers, and internal peers outside of work group on wide range of information
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of U S employment based immigration processes including PERM, with experience managing PERM or other immigration processes
- Demonstrated experience reviewing resumes and job applications against defined minimum requirements
- Advanced Excel for applicant flow tracking, deadline control, and report production
