About the role
The Senior HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of Dremio’s People Operations team, with a primary focus on supporting our employees in Portugal and EMEA while collaborating closely with global HR partners. This role requires strong expertise in Portuguese labor law, HR operations, and employee relations, along with the ability to manage multiple HR programs across the employee lifecycle. The Senior HR Generalist will oversee critical HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, compliance, leave management, immigration coordination, and employee experience initiatives.
Working within a fast-paced, global technology company, this role will partner cross-functionally with teams such as Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure HR programs and policies are implemented effectively and in compliance with Portuguese and EU employment regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys both operational execution and contributing to strategic HR initiatives in a growing international organization.
