We at Swissblock, are a Private Wealth Manager which is on a mission to lead the way in crypto and cross-asset investing. With a keen understanding that timing is paramount, we employ a systematic approach that combines robust algorithmic trading with exhaustive cross-asset market analysis. 

To support our growing team and the increasing complexity of our operations, we’re looking for an on-site, experienced and autonomous HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team.

What you’ll do:

You’ll play a key role by: 
- Preparing agreements, amendments, and termination letters.
- Maintaining accurate employee records in our HRIS system. 
- Issuing employment confirmations, reference letters, and other HR documents. 
- Owning payroll process by coordinating internal and external payroll resources.
- Supporting bonus and salary review cycles.
- Taking care of benefits, insurance, and leave administration.
- Managing the office.

What you’ll bring:

Required:
- 5+ years of HR experience, personnel coordination, or a similar role. 
- HR certificate.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills. 
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g. HRIS) and MS Office tools. 
- Deep understanding of Swiss labour law and and social insurances. 
- Experience or interest in payroll processes.  
- Proactive and reliable mindset, with a service-oriented attitude and team spirit. 

Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Swiss HR software (e.g. BambooHR or Abacus). 
- Experience working in a FINMA regulated company.
