Job Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and employees on all people-related matters.
Provide strategic HR counsel on workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations.
Drive talent management initiatives including, high-potential identification, performance calibration, succession planning and leadership development to strengthen bench strength and organizational readiness.
Champion and embed organizational values to build a strong, aligned and high-performance culture.
Lead culture and engagement initiatives that foster accountability, inclusion, and collaboration across teams.
Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations processes, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant application of policies and employment legislation.
Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure aligned and seamless delivery of HR programmes and initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management/Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering or generalist capacity.
Strong understanding of the Employment Act and local labour legislation.
Demonstrated experience in HR partnering, talent and performance management, employee relations and culture-building initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
