The Services team is the professional services arm of Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that address key issues facing our customers. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, this team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse customer base. We combine traditional management consulting with our rich data assets and in-house technology / security platforms, to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and execution capabilities. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, security products, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.

The Asia Pacific, Network Services Team
The Network Services team is responsible for developing and scaling market wide offerings that deliver broad customer value across the region. The team brings together relevant products into coherent programs, defines commercial and go to market approaches, and works cross functionally to secure approvals and execute at scale.
Operating across multiple AP markets, the team drives adoption through coordinated market level initiatives, engages customers to gather feedback and insights, and continuously enhances programs to strengthen engagement. Success is measured through sustainable revenue growth driven by increased product usage and penetration.

Job description
The position will be expected to lead strategy and analysis that supports the wider Network Services remit, including:
- Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop new customer relevant programs that can be scaled across markets
• Identify and originate opportunities at the market and regional levels
• Partner with internal stakeholders to secure required approvals and support successful rollout of initiatives
• Deliver critical analysis to support business cases and proposal development
• Provide project management oversight for priority strategic initiatives
• Lead customer events and engagements, incorporating customer and country level insights to maximize engagement and impact
You will have the opportunity to own specific programs end to end, including defining go to market strategies and supporting market-wide client engagements across a range of products.

• Strong foundation in consulting – structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, and crafting executive-ready narratives.
• Deep expertise in analytics and data-driven decision-making
• Proven stakeholder management capabilities – experienced in influencing, challenging, and aligning senior leaders across diverse functions.
• Exceptional communication skills – articulate and persuasive in both written and verbal formats; able to convey value propositions, foster alignment, and inspire confidence among internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive – thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a high degree of autonomy.
• Comfortable with ambiguity – adaptable and innovative in navigating complex challenges and evolving priorities.

Qualifications
• Around 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting/ payments from a top tier consulting firm / financial services
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross functional initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes
• Experience working with senior leadership (C-Suite/ regional/ functional heads) and influencing key decisions
• MBA or relevant Graduate degree required
• Experience in payments and / or retail banking
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex modeling, automation), PowerPoint (executive storytelling), complemented by strong skills in analytics, data modeling, and AI-driven tools.
