Position Summary 职位概述

The Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner will serve as the strategic HR partner to Otis China manufacturing operations in Hangzhou, Chongqing, and Jiaxing elevator & escalator factories, as well as the China Supply Chain & Global Mechanical Category organization. This role is responsible for translating business strategies into integrated people strategies, supporting operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable talent development.

Key Responsibilities 关键职责

  • Partner closely with Manufacturing Plant Leaders and Supply Chain Leadership to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.
    紧密协同工厂及供应链管理团队,制定并实施与业务目标一致的人力资源策略。
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on organization design, workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
    作为管理者的可信顾问与教练,支持组织设计、人力规划、绩效管理、领导力发展及员工敬业度提升。
  • Support end-to-end talent processes including succession planning, talent review, capability building, and key position readiness.
    支持继任计划、人才盘点、能力建设及关键岗位人才储备等人才管理工作。
  • Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives in support of manufacturing and supply chain transformation.
    推动组织效能与变革管理项目,支持制造与供应链转型。
  • Ensure HR policies, labor law compliance, and positive employee relations at all supported sites, including union-related matters if applicable.
    确保各工厂及供应链团队的人力资源合规管理,遵守劳动法律法规,维护良好的员工关系。
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver talent acquisition, learning & development, total rewards, and DEI initiatives.
    与人力资源COE团队合作,落地招聘、学习发展、薪酬福利及多元与包容项目。
  • Support annual HR cycles including performance management, engagement survey action planning, compensation planning, and manpower budgeting.
    支持年度人力资源关键流程,包括绩效管理、敬业度调查、薪酬规划及人力预算。

Qualifications 任职资格

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    本科及以上学历,人力资源、工商管理或相关专业。
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a plus of solid exposure in manufacturing and/or supply chain environments
    8-10年以上人力资源相关经验, 具备制造业或供应链人力资源支持经验优先考虑。
  • Demonstrated capability in HR business partnering, organizational development, and change management.
    具备成熟的人力资源业务伙伴、组织发展及变革管理经验。
  • Strong knowledge of China labor laws and hands-on employee relations experience.
    熟悉中国劳动法律法规,具备员工关系实操经验。
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with leaders at multiple levels in a matrix organization.
    具备在矩阵型组织中影响并协同多层级管理者的能力。
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and verbal).
    优秀的中英文沟通能力(书面及口语)。
  • Comfortably working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and leading through change.
    能够适应快节奏的制造业环境并引领变革。
