THE ROLE

The Senior Graphic Designer is a role for someone who enjoys producing end designs, working as part of a dynamic team, and both thinking AND executing. You will report to the VP, Creative Services, and be part of the broader central creative team.  The role will have a focus on developing and designing creative work for our CSL division.

This position focuses on high-end consulting graphics, including PowerPoint presentations, feasibility reports, proposal responses, charts, diagrams, and infographics used by senior executives, public partners, and ownership groups. Unlike a traditional marketing role, this designer will work closely with consultants and analysts to help shape the story behind the data, improving clarity, consistency, and impact across CSL’s work.

Your work will directly support high-profile decisions related to major sports facilities and investments, influencing how complex insights are communicated to ownership groups, public officials, and other key stakeholders. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys both thinking conceptually and executing precisely, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing clean, professional, and defensible materials.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and produce CSL feasibility reports, PowerPoint presentations, and proposal materials for client-facing and internal use.
• Translate analyst inputs, tables, models, and notes into clear charts, diagrams, and data-driven visuals.
• Assist consultants in expressing insights graphically and conceptually, helping structure visual narratives that support key messages.
• Reformat, refine, and standardize existing presentation content to ensure consistency with CSL and Legends Global brand standards.
•  Manage presentation production workflows, ensuring accuracy, version control, and on-time delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
• Quality-check all deliverables to ensure visual clarity, accuracy, and professional polish prior to client distribution.
• Develop and maintain presentation templates, report layouts, and visual systems that improve efficiency and consistency across engagements.

• Highly Collaborative with a strong command of presentation, design, and data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including chart creation, layout, and design.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience translating complex or data-heavy content into clean, executive-level visuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Portfolio demonstrating presentation, report, or data-driven design work required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE     

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred
• 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
