We are looking for a Head of Design & Production to lead our in-house creative team (~15 head counts) and shape how the Saxo brand comes to life across markets and channels.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of designers, video editors, and copywriters, working closely with marketing stakeholders at HQ and in our local offices, as well as with external agency partners. Acting as both creative leader and trusted partner, you will translate strategic direction and business objectives into strong, distinctive creative concepts and high-quality execution.
This role is ideal for someone who combines a strong creative foundation with leadership experience, an agency mindset, and the ability to operate confidently in a global, stakeholder-rich environment.
Responsibilities
Managerial responsibility for team of ~15 head counts
Lead the end-to-end creation and production process, ensuring consistently high creative quality across all deliverables
Set and drive the creative vision for marketing initiatives, translating strategy and business objectives into impactful creative concepts
Own and evolve Saxo’s Corporate Visual Identity (CVI), ensuring consistency and strong brand expression across markets and channels
Partner closely with HQ and regional marketing stakeholders, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted creative advisor
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing in-house creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, craft, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with external agency partners to scale capabilities and capacity when needed, ensuring seamless integration with the in-house team
Balance creative ambition with commercial impact, evaluating and optimising creative performance where relevant
Qualifications
Several years of experience from leading a corporate in-house creative/production agency or similar management experience at a creative or advertising agency
Proven leadership experience, having led and developed a creative team (~15 headcounts)
Strong creative judgement and the ability to balance vision with hands-on execution
Experience within financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage
Commercial acumen and the ability to assess creative work through both a brand and performance lens
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
Experience with implementing AI tools in the creative process would be a strong plus
