As a Senior Global Events Manager, you will be tasked with leading the planning and execution of OneCon, SentinelOne’s flagship global user conference and a critical driver of customer engagement, brand, and pipeline.

This is a program leadership role. You will partner closely with the Senior Director, Global Strategic Events to lead cross-functional planning, build scalable processes, and drive accountability across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive stakeholders.

In addition to leading OneCon, you will contribute across SentinelOne’s broader portfolio of high-impact events — supporting the delivery of exceptional experiences that strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage keynote and breakout session development timelines
  • Establish content review processes, approval flows, and rehearsal cadence
  • Ensure a high bar for executive presence and presentation quality

Experience & Onsite Delivery

  • Translate strategy and planning into a seamless, high-impact attendee experience
  • Align internal teams, agencies, and vendors against a unified execution plan
  • Serve as a key escalation point for program-level decisions and onsite execution
  • Champion the end-to-end attendee journey, from registration through onsite engagement

Portfolio Contribution

  • Contribute to SentinelOne’s broader global events portfolio, including corporate, internal, and executive programs
  • Support delivery of high-touch experiences that reinforce culture, recognition, and executive engagement
  • Apply consistent standards of operational excellence and experience design across all programs

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
