Challenge
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (more front-end) with strong React expertise and knowledge in .NET (C#) to join one of the Engineering (Integrations) teams.
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Integrations, you will be responsible for coding our cutting-edge human interaction software, specifically focusing on an Enterprise-level SaaS Video Interview and/or chatbot platform. You will work independently and collaborate directly with other Software Engineers, an Engineering Team Lead, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers to bridge our platform with the broader HR tech ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for coding our cutting-edge human interaction software, specifically focusing on an Enterprise-level SaaS Video Interview and/or chatbot platform. You will work independently and collaborate directly with other Software Engineers, an Engineering Team Lead, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers to bridge our platform with the broader HR tech ecosystem.
Mandatory Skills:
- Solid experience building modern front-end applications with React.
- Strong experience with .NET (C#) in production environments.
- Experience with Agentic Development practices and tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor)
- Experience working with MS SQL or similar relational databases.
- Senior-level mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Experience working on existing production systems (not only greenfield).
- Ability to handle evolving requirements and technical ambiguity.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience collaborating in distributed teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
- Exposure to test automation practices.
- Experience developing in Python with LangChain and Promptfoo
- Experience with AWS AI-related services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lex, Comprehend, or Rekognition (bonus, not required).
- Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform
- Exposure to Spec-Driven Development Practices and tooling (e.g. SpecKit, OpenSpec)
