Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives on solving complex problems and building scalable, high-performance solutions. This is a hands-on role covering multiple layers of the stack—from crafting robust C# microservices to leveraging the power of AWS for cloud-native solutions.

You’ll work with a diverse tech ecosystem including S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, RDS (Postgres), Athena, Step Functions, and Glue ETL, while also diving into SQL, Python, and occasionally Groovy. Strong foundations in Object-Oriented Design, SOLID principles, and CI/CD are essential.

As we transition significant portions of our architecture to Snowflake, your expertise in SQL will be critical. This is an opportunity to influence the future of our data platform while setting engineering standards others aspire to.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

  • Lead by example—write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that sets engineering standards for the team.

  • Drive automation and quality assurance, contributing to frameworks and metrics that ensure system correctness and reliability.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Group IT Architecture and global stakeholders, to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Champion best practices in software engineering, including OO principles, SOLID design, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, particularly in the DBT and data engineering space, to keep our stack cutting-edge.

  • Optimize performance and scalability across microservices and data pipelines.

  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Contribute to architectural decisions, influencing the future direction of our platform and data strategy.

  • Communicate clearly and proactively, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders.

  • Promote automation-first mindset, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.

  • Ensure security and compliance in all development activities, adhering to industry standards and internal policies.

Experience & Competencies

  • A team player who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to influence positively.
