Senior Front-end Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join us at Telia.

I'm Alexander Angerbjörn, Head of ACE Product Engineering Clients, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on front-end development of the market-leading contact center Telia ACE.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate within a Scrum team, but also with other stakeholders such as the ACE Head Architect and Site Reliability Engineers.
• Develop and maintain complex web clients with a focus on real-time communication and security.
• Contribute to automation, observability, and deployment using tools like GitHub Actions, Grafana, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Participate in agile development practices, continuously improving processes and delivering value to customers across public and private sectors.

What will help you thrive in this role:

• A strong interest in secure, complex web based systems and proven experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue and other web technologies.
• A bold mindset that challenges the status quo and actively proposes improvements to systems and processes.
• Experience working in agile teams within large organizations, especially on complex and long-term product development.
• A DevSecOps approach combined with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate flexibly within a team.
• Openness to learning new domains and technologies, with bonus experience in areas like full-stack development, Rust, Erlang, CI/CD and observability.
