Senior Franchise Administrator

Atlanta Support Center Full time

Manage full life-cycle contract maintenance processes for the administration of franchise related agreements and amendments for Inspire Brands portfolio companies. Ensure the accuracy of all franchise and ancillary agreements and data integrity. Requires interaction and communication with brand franchisees, field and corporate staff, and Inspire and portfolio brand management to secure relevant information for contract development, contract and regulatory compliance, issues identification, recommendations and decisions. Monitor and manage all licensing activity through maintenance of databases and tracking reports, follow up and process flow for each transaction. Assist in the efforts in supporting the processes, procedures and accountability standards associated with the preparation, execution, and ongoing maintenance of all franchise related agreements, and the onboarding documentation and record keeping processes. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assist with ensuring the accuracy of all franchise and ancillary agreements and data integrity, including by reviewing documents drafted by Franchise Administrators for validation/feedback and auditing key data fields in applicable databases 
  • Serve as a point of contact for onboarding and training of new employees to the team 
  • Prepare process guides and other training materials in consultation with Manager and Director 
  • Accurately prepare all required transaction documents (especially for higher-complexity transactions) for new development, upcoming openings, transfers, amendments, terminations and closings in accordance to franchise law and Inspire policies 
  • Update all contract related information into applicable databases and save executed documents to correct digital files 
  • Complete a high volume of transactions (drafting or reviewing as needed) in a fast-paced environment ensuring delivery to the franchisee or company representative, receiving sign/returned documents, reviewing for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring enclosure of all funds due 
  • Support cross-functional team members 
  • Manage contractor(s) as required 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:  

 

Required Minimum: 4-Year Degree or equivalent work experience  

Preferred Minimum: 1-2 years of work experience in franchising and/or contracts administration  

Preferred Minimum: Paralegal Certification  

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION: 

 

Required Minimum:  1+ years work experience in Inspire Franchise Administrator position  

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES: 

  • Demonstrated depth of knowledge of all aspects of franchise administration aligned with the brands and transaction types previously supported 
  • General proficiency and understanding of the franchising industry and FTC regulatory compliance for the franchising industry  
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, database management, FRM and/or Oracle, Salesforce, and DocuSign     
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to successfully form business relationships with franchisees  
  • Exceptional customer focus, approachability, organizations skills and ability to consistently prioritize, delegate, coordinate and satisfy numerous competing demands and successfully achieve deadline-driven results and effectively achieve business objectives  
  • Proven ability to be open to change and agile in a dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency  
  • Ability to create well-structured process guides 
  • Experience in training / coaching team members 
  • Limited travel may be required
