We seek a Senior FP&A Coordinator to contribute to our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll be part of our Record to Report (RtR) Accounting Operations Team, handling important financial processes and collaborating across teams. This role offers excellent opportunities for growth while working with advanced financial systems and tools in a deadline-oriented environment.
Working with various ERP systems and financial management tools, you'll process accounting transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure data accuracy while maintaining strong internal controls. You'll work with stakeholders to resolve financial matters and contribute to continuous process improvements. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to succeed in a professional environment.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in accounting operations, preferably in a multinational organization
Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage
Strong proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Experience with financial reporting and month-end close processes
Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Strong service mindset and team collaboration skills
Experience with Hyperion, BlackLine, or similar financial tools is a plus
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
Previous finance-related experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 1 year) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Good interpersonal and time management skills
Confidence to handle sensitive information and data optimally
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
Good written and oral communications skills
Ability to interact optimally with all levels of the organization
Detail oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude
Proven understanding of accounting principles
