Job Description

Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst owns multiple reporting processes and analyses for Lifecycle Services North America and is responsible for a portion of the business partnering. You will utilize global consolidation financial systems (EPM, SAP and Power BI) to provide performance reporting and insight on a variety of important financial metrics including ARR, profitability, spending & billable hours. You will engage with other teams to help develop financial plans and forecasts and analyze actual performance against those. You will also work to automate processes and support simplification and standardization efforts. You will report to FP&A Manager.
 

Your Responsibilities:

• Finance business partnering for the segment’s North America Commercial Organization.
• Supporting Annual Recurring Revenue analysis & reporting.
• Preparing Unfulfilled Performance Obligation disclosure for a portion of the business and calculating accompanying contract liability reclass.
• Owning the NA Productivity Deck and delivering a variety of both regional and global reports on profitability, billable hours and others.
• Creating ad hoc analyses and responding to business inquiries to understand material drivers of financial performance.
• Supporting local FP&A team in launching new initiatives.
• Developing and advocating for automation, simplification, and standardization in reporting.
   

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• At least four years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to challenge the status quo to improve productivity and processes
   

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent
• Experience with Oracle EPM, SAP, PowerBI
• Prior FP&A experience
• Project management experience
