About the Team

Corporate FP&A is the center of the finance organization and owns company-wide consolidated P&L reporting, forecast and close deliverables, and strategic analyses. The team creates financial discussion materials used by senior leadership. We partner closely with business unit FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations teams to bring together revenue, operating expense, and profitability insights into a single, coherent story for leadership decision-making. The team is focused on increasing automation, standardization, and process excellence and values individuals who combine high attention to detail with a desire to improve execution across the team. We are excited to launch new capabilities in India to support our U.S.-based FP&A team.

About the role

Roku is building a high-impact Corporate FP&A team in India to enhance global financial reporting, data consolidation, and process excellence. This role will report into Corporate Finance leadership and serve as a key partner to the U.S.-based FP&A organization.

The Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure — owning consolidated reporting processes, improving data integrity, rebuilding core reporting models, and driving automation and standardization initiatives. We are looking for someone who thrives in structured problem solving, has exceptional attention to detail, enjoys improving processes, and is energized by creating clarity from complex and disparate data sources.

What you’ll be doing

  • Consolidation & Reporting Excellence
  • Own and manage company-wide consolidated P&L reporting packages with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual data consolidation across business units, ensuring alignment with corporate reporting standards
  • Maintain and enhance standardized reporting templates and management dashboards
  • Data Management & Automation
  • Build, optimize, and automate recurring financial reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
  • Rebuild and streamline legacy financial models and reporting structures for scalability
  • Develop robust validation checks and controls to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve upstream data quality and reporting processes
  • Analysis & Operational Support
  • Conduct variance analysis and trend analysis to support U.S. FP&A teams
  • Monitor key performance indicators and flag anomalies for further review
  • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through model maintenance, data preparation, and reporting consolidation
  • Provide structured analytical support for recurring and ad hoc reporting needs
  • Process Improvement & Project Work
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and simplify reporting workflows
  • Lead or support reporting system enhancements and process transformation initiatives
  • Document processes and establish best practices to build a scalable FP&A operating model

We’re excited if you have

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar quantitative discipline
  • 4–7 years of FP&A, financial reporting, controllership support, or similar analytical experience (experience supporting global teams preferred)

  • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling; VBA/macros a plus)
  • Experience working with planning systems (Anaplan preferred) and ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting structures
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive automation
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline

The Roku Culture

Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.

We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.
