Job Description

Position Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for a overseeing multiple reporting processes and analyses for Lifecycle Services North America. You will utilize global consolidation financial systems EPM, SAP and Power BI to provide performance reporting and insight on a variety of important financial metrics including orders, backlog & billable hours. You will engage with other finance teams to help developing financial plans and forecasts and analyzing actual performance against those goals. You will also work to automate processes and support simplification and standardization efforts. You will report to FP&A Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing NA LFS orders reporting, including the preparation of the detailed reporting and the submission to EPM.
  • Overseeing NA LFS backlog reporting, including the preparation of the detailed reporting and the submission to EPM.
  • Preparation of Global & Regional Order Trackers.
  • Support Annual Recurring Revenue analysis & reporting.
  • Delivery of the variety of North America specific reports, including files supporting causaling, recovery analysis and frontlog.
  • Support the transfer of workload between finance organizations within Rockwell to ensure continuity of business support and allowing use of standard tools.
  • Develop and advocate for automation, simplification, and standardization in reporting.
  • Create ad hoc analyses and respond to business inquiries to understand material drivers of financial performance.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • At least three years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo to improve productivity and processes

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent
  • Experience with Oracle EPM, SAP, PowerBI
  • Prior FP&A experience
  • Project management experience
