The Senior Financial Analyst – Regional FP&A role sits within the Regional FP&A team and plays a dual mission: 1) act as a Finance Business Partner (BP) to support a small division with strong commercial and P&L understanding; and 2) serve as a digital champion within the region, actively driving and participating in finance digitalization and process optimization initiatives.
This role offers strong exposure across functions and businesses, providing a total company view and a solid platform for future career growth within FP&A, commercial finance, or transformation roles.

What you will do:
1. Finance Business Partnering (Division Support)
- Act as the primary Finance BP for a designated small division, partnering closely with business leaders to support decision-making.
- Develop a solid understanding of the business model, key commercial levers, margin drivers, and SG&A components.
- Perform monthly actual vs. forecast analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Support rolling forecast, annual budget, and strategic planning processes in collaboration with regional and division stakeholders.
- Provide analysis on topline, gross margin, cost structure, and operating income, linking financial outcomes to business drivers.
2. Digitalization & Process Optimization (Digital Champion)
- Act as a digital ambassador within the Regional FP&A team, proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insight quality.
- Participate in and support finance digitalization projects, including reporting automation, data visualization, and planning tool enhancements.
- Leverage tools such as Excel, SAP, Power BI, and emerging digital / AI-enabled solutions to streamline FP&A processes.
- Continuously challenge existing processes and drive process simplification, standardization, and optimization.
- Demonstrate curiosity and passion for AI, digital finance, and new ways of working, with the ability to learn quickly and apply ideas pragmatically.
3. Other Regional Ad-hoc tasks
- Will have opportunities to take on various ad-hoc tasks or projects
Minimum Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management.
- Typically 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting, or commercial finance, preferably in a multinational or matrix environment.
- Hands-on experience in business partnering and performance management.
- Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong understanding of P&L mechanics, including revenue, margin, and SG&A drivers.
- Solid financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong Excel capability is required.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and data / visualization tools such as Power BI is a strong plus.
- Interest or exposure to digital, automation, and AI applications in finance is highly desirable.
