Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial Finance (French Speaker)
Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial Finance plays a critical role in driving pricing strategy, financial planning, and commercial decision-making for the Pest Division in France & Belgium. This position partners closely with the French Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate pricing execution, profitability analysis, and governance of commercial incentives and rebates.
What You Will Do:
Pricing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and maintain pricing models for new product rollouts and annual price revisions.
- Lead pricing planning, tracking, and execution to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide scenario analysis and margin impact assessments for pricing decisions.
Commercial Finance Activities
- Prepare PCAF (Pricing and Commercial Approval Form) and manage deal authorization processes.
- Support commercial negotiations with robust financial analysis and recommendations.
Incentives & Commission Management
- Calculate and validate sales commissions based on incentive structures.
- Perform analytics on incentive effectiveness and provide insights for optimization.
Rebate Governance & Reconciliation
- Oversee rebate programs, ensuring compliance with governance policies.
- Manage reconciliation of rebate accruals and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Deliver pricing-related insights for budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Track performance against pricing plans and provide variance analysis.
Who Are We Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, pricing, or FP&A roles.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
