Job Description
We’re looking for a data‑driven Senior Financial Analyst to deliver detailed financial analysis, reporting, and insights that enhance decision‑making, improve operational efficiency, and ultimately support our commercial objectives. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate data into action.
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including profitability reviews, variance analysis, and financial modelling, to support business decisions and optimize performance.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, commercial, sales) to provide actionable insights that enhance financial decision-making and operational outcomes.
- Provide analytical support for business case development, cost analysis, and evaluation of strategic initiatives to ensure informed decision-making.
- Drive process improvements by supporting the implementation and optimization of financial tools, automation efforts, and standardized processes.
- Perform post-investment reviews to assess the performance of strategic initiatives and recommend corrective actions where needed.

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Provide monthly analytics on domestic volume and revenue performance.
- Develop quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long‑term plans.
- Perform month‑end financial analysis for domestic volumes and revenue.
- Deliver value‑add reporting and insights on customer behavior and contractual changes impacting volume/revenue.
- Respond to corporate FP&A inquiries and conduct ad‑hoc analysis that enables Sales initiatives.
- Analyze growth drivers (Organic vs. Net New Wins) and Volume/Price/Mix impacts.
- Enable the Sales team with actionable insights to achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); continually evaluate processes for efficiency and best practices.
📊 Value‑Add Reporting
- Reporting, analytics, and insights on customer behavior and contractual impacts.
- Create reports on Issues, Organic & Net New Wins, RPI, and Volume/Price impacts.
- Build and maintain dynamic forecasting models at customer‑level resolution for volume and revenue.
- Continuously assess current processes and files for efficiency and best practices.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years in Finance/Accounting management, preferably in complex multinational environments.
Desirable
- Master’s degree (Finance, Business Administration, Accounting).
🧠 Skills & Knowledge
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain, Accounting, FP&A, and Commercial Finance processes.
- Strength in data mining, analysis, and data visualization (e.g., Power BI).
- Pricing experience working with Sales; familiarity with managing/monitoring customer contracts.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
