These Senior Financial Analysts will support two different organizations and have some different responsibilities.
Boeing Global Services (BGS) Engineering
This role will primarily support the BGS Chief Engineer and his Leadership team. Working with Engineering executives and leaders, Finance leadership in multiple teams, and other stakeholders the analyst will be responsible for providing actionable insight by developing budgets, completing financial performance/variance analysis, financial assessments, opportunity and risk management, and analytics/reporting development.
Unique Position Responsibilities:
Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts for functional budgets primarily for BGS Engineering employment and other key cost components
Initiates analysis of budgets, resources, variances, performance, and other types of financial analysis for Engineering
Develops and maintains performance reports, including Tableau dashboards
Boeing Global Services (BGS) Cabin, Modifications, and Maintenance (CMM)
This role will primarily support the BGS CMM business. Working with Business Unit Finance analysts and leadership, program managers, Integrated product team (IPT) leads, and other stakeholders the analyst will be responsible for providing actionable insight by developing budgets, completing financial performance/variance analysis, financial assessments, opportunity and risk management, and analytics/reporting development.
Unique Position Responsibilities:
Oversees and provides guidance to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) analysts who perform a subset of this finance statement of work to CMM
Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts for contract budgets
Initiates analysis of budgets, resources, variances, performance, and other types of financial analysis
Develops and maintains performance reports
Shared Position Responsibilities:
Provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management
Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including analysis of work completed, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
Leads development of business cases using appropriate indices
Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Experience with Finance Integration
Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
Experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)
Strong presentation skills to Senior and Executive Management
Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, time management, and workload prioritization skills

Summary pay range: $116,450 - $157,550
