Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support EPIC projects, including project cost management across planning, forecasting, and execution. This role partners with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive Business Unit alignment, ensure alignment to corporate financial cycles, and deliver clear insights through strong financial modeling and communication. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and able to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Major Responsibilities

  • Provide EPIC project cost support through financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Drive alignment with Business Units and cross‑functional partners on scope, funding, and key assumptions.
  • Ensure EPIC project planning and reporting align to corporate financial cycles (e.g., monthly/quarterly cadence) and explain key drivers to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, summarize key cost drivers, and communicate recommendations to enable timely decisions.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to support effective SOW execution and improve visibility to cost and progress.
  • Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support prioritization and funding decisions.
  • Create clear, concise updates and materials for leadership and partners, helping teams stay aligned as plans evolve.

Qualifications & Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis skills, including ROI and NPV evaluation
  • Experience supporting Statements of Work (SOWs) or project-based spend (budgeting, forecasting, and execution tracking).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize data into concise narratives and influence alignment across cross‑functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tableau, and PRM preferred.
  • Solid accounting fundamentals and attention to detail; comfortable working within monthly and quarterly close timelines.
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment or other manufacturing enterprises is a plus.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
