Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a critical role in shaping global financial decision-making. In this highly visible position, you will partner closely with the Director, Global FP&A, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams across regions to improve forecast accuracy, deliver meaningful insights, and drive profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

Global Planning & Forecasting

• Support the annual operating plan, long-range strategic plan, and rolling forecasts across multiple regions.
• Partner with leadership to improve forecast accuracy and financial transparency.

Financial Performance & Analysis

• Provide deep analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow performance.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed, data-driven decisions.

Strategic Business Partnership

• Develop executive-level reports and presentations that translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives such as headcount planning, pricing strategies, cost optimization, and global growth projects.

Continuous Improvement

• Recommend and implement improvements to FP&A tools, models, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and insight.

Special Projects

• Support scenario modeling, profitability analysis, M&A activity, and ad hoc leadership requests.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis (global or manufacturing experience a plus).

Technical Expertise

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, IFS, or similar) and consolidation tools such as Vena, OneStream, or Hyperion.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
