Role Summary

The Senior Finance Analyst is an integral part of the Client Finance team, supporting the Client Finance Director in managing the financial and commercial aspects of client contracts, within a complex and high-performing finance function.
 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective financial control processes with specific focus on the management of change

  • Configure and set up financial and client reporting systems

  • Define and implement financial processes to deliver an effective change management solution

  • Understand and interpret client contract financial process commitments, including KPI reporting

  • Set up high-quality financial reporting to the JLL Account Team and the client (glide path performance reporting, budget variance reporting, etc.)

  • Support the commercial management and analysis of the Account (planning & forecasting; savings tracking; etc.)

  • Develop new tools and processes to standardize and improve service delivery

  • Work as a proactive team member of Client Finance teams alongside SMEs in Sourcing, HR, Technology, and Service Delivery

  • Engage and build relationships with finance professionals at JLL client organizations in support of finance processes during transitions

  • Train and support Client Delivery teams in financial processes

  • Quickly analyze process and performance trends and issues, and propose corrective solutions

  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures—make recommendations to ensure procedures are maintained, up to date, and reflect ongoing project delivery needs

  • Assist the wider client team in developing and enhancing the client delivery platform
     

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar position (working with international teams and clients)

  • Confident and articulate with an eye for detail

  • Motivated, positive, and flexible in approach to work with the ability to develop others

  • Proactive in identifying issues and potential solutions

  • Self-supporting; diligent; able to deliver to tight deadlines

  • Ability to learn quickly, and desire to develop

  • Ability to work collaboratively and through challenges with the client, other members of the account, and corporate teams

  • Customer Service: Commitment to resolving requests and problems

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent Excel modeling skills; proficient in other Office tools

  • Experience with major ERP systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, JD Edwards) desirable
