Senior External Systems Integration and AI Manager

Remote - USA Full Time

The Opportunity:

You will be a pioneer at Abnormal, serving as our lead developer and subject matter expert for Glean AI. You will be empowered to design and build custom AI-powered applications and workflows that unlock productivity, surface critical insights, and fundamentally change how our marketing and GTM teams operate. Building scalable systems and leveraging cutting-edge AI to solve real-world business problems.

What You'll Do:

AI Development & Enablement:

  • Serve as the in-house expert and primary developer for Glean AI, designing, building, and deploying custom AI applications ("Gleans") that solve critical business challenges.
  • Implement and manage integrations for other AI-powered tools, including generative AI copy platforms, predictive analytics engines, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Strategically determine where internal AI initiatives can replace paid tool functionality.
  • Proactively partner with stakeholders across the GTM organization to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation, insight generation, and process improvement.
  • Configure and manage Glean's connections to our various knowledge sources (e.g., Salesforce, Confluence, Google Drive, Slack) to build a comprehensive, intelligent knowledge base for the GTM team.

MarTech Stack Architecture & Integration:

  • Architect and manage the data flows between key platforms in our GTM stack (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Ringlead, 6sense, Outreach, Qualified, Revsure), utilizing API calls and real-time data streams to ensure data integrity.
  • Lead the evaluation and end-to-end implementation of new marketing technologies, from security reviews and capability audits to full integration and launch.
  • Manage vendor relationships, monitor tool utilization, analyze the viability of new tools against the existing stack, and recommend upgrades or downgrades to future contracts.
  • Design and maintain robust data synchronization processes to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of data that underpins all marketing reporting and sales execution.
  • Oversee the technical architecture of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are structured for accurate tracking and attribution under our last-touch model.
  • Own and refine the lead and account routing methodology, ensuring leads are accurately and efficiently passed to the appropriate teams for timely follow-up.
  • Act as the first line of defense for troubleshooting and resolving system integration issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams (RevOps, SalesOps, IT)

Cross-Functional Enablement & Governance:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for our core marketing and sales AI platforms.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation for all AI integrations, data flows, and processes to ensure scalability and business continuity.
  • Develop training materials and resources to enable Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams on new technologies and processes, helping them leverage the full capabilities of our tech stack.

What You'll Need:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) from an administrative and integration perspective. You must understand the SFDC data model, process builders, flows, and how it connects to a broader tech stack.
  • Proven experience managing and integrating multiple MarTech or SalesTech platforms (e.g., intent data providers, data enrichment/routing tools, sales engagement platforms).
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a track record of improving complex processes and systems.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct, hands-on experience with our core stack: Ringlead, 6sense, and Outreach.
  • Experience with enterprise AI platforms like Glean, or a demonstrated passion for and ability to rapidly learn and apply new AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
  • Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake) and BI tools (Sigma).
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
