Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist (U.S.)

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Remote — Bay Area Only)
Travel: 25–50% (primarily local Bay Area supplier visits)

Build the Manufacturing Network Behind the World’s Best Hardware

Fictiv is building the world’s leading platform for hardware manufacturing—and our supplier network is at the heart of that mission.

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building, qualifying, and strengthening Fictiv’s U.S.-based manufacturing partner network. You’ll work hands-on with CNC, sheet metal, additive manufacturing, and injection molding suppliers to ensure we have the right capabilities, capacity, quality, and cost structure to support our customers at scale.

This is a remote role, but candidates must live in the San Francisco Bay Area. Local presence is essential, as this position involves frequent, in-person visits to manufacturing partners to assess capabilities, develop relationships, and drive continuous improvement.

This is not a transactional sourcing role and not a desk-only job. You’ll spend time on factory floors, in production discussions, and working directly with suppliers to solve real manufacturing challenges.

You’ll report to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing, U.S., and serve as a senior individual contributor and subject-matter expert within the Strategic Sourcing team.
