Job Description Summary
This role partners with People & Organization (P&O) and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, insight-driven workforce analytics that enable evidence-based decision-making. The role combines strong analytics foundations, modern BI and automation, and emerging AI capabilities, primarily leveraging Workday and existing/new enterprise analytics tools, including employee listening to deliver high-impact, self-service reporting / analytical products and executive insights.
