The Professional & Adult Continuing Education Academy (PACE) at Singapore Polytechnic is seeking a dedicated Senior Executive to join our Programme Operations Division. At PACE, we are committed to empowering adult learners through innovative courses designed to enhance employability and drive career advancement. As the Senior Executive, Placement Programmes, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient administration of the SkillsFuture Career Transition Programmes (SCTPs) and other placement programmes.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end programme administration functions including course intake creation in training management system, managing registrations and queries, timetabling and logistical arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding programme queries and registration matters.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of end-to-end processes in programme administration, logistics, and system support.
  • Provide timely and informed guidance on registration processes, funding eligibility, and programme details.
  • Manage communications and feedback from internal and external stakeholders in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Identify potential issues which may impact programme processes and recommend appropriate solutions to support effective programme implementation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting related to academic processes.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a positive attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • A meticulous and organized approach to work, with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
