The key purpose of the role is to support student outreach, recruitment and admission functions to attract the best students to apply.
This role reports to the Senior Assistant Director of Graduate Studies.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Admission and Administration:
Manage the admissions interviews scheduling by working with different stakeholders to coordinate the interviews internally and externally
Assist in managing the admission offers approval process by seeking approvals for admission offers and administering the admission outcomes, and following up with candidates on acceptance of admissions offers
Assist in updating application and enrolment data across the master’s programmes
Assist in preparing admission information for scholarship recommendation
Preparation and tracking of scholarship letters, and other documentation required for student matriculation and onboarding
Help to draft waiver letters for applicants where required
Play a key role in organising and coordinating student onboarding events
Attend to admission and enrolment related enquiries in the admissions role-based accounts
Assist in the preparation of the procurement documents and submission to procurement platform
Assist in the purchase, updating and tracking of marketing expenses
Support the team in data sanitisation for uploading to CRM
Student Recruitment and Marketing Outreach:
Attend to enquiries in the marketing role-based accounts
Coordinate outreach events such as working with students and other stakeholders, logistics arrangements, event registrations
Assist in seeking approval from relevant stakeholders for marketing content and collaterals
Support the launch of outreach campaigns such as EDMs to prospective candidates
Assist in the development of marketing content and photoshoots for EDMs, videos, etc
Participate in education fairs, online chats, webinars to engage with prospective candidates
Convert prospective candidates into applicants and enrolments
Assist in the coordination of overseas events such as hotel event procurement and management, event registrations and coffee chat arrangements
Key competencies and Qualifications Requirements:
Degree in any field; Business or Marketing is preferred
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration and sales/marketing support
Experience in a related industry is preferred but not a must
Excellent competency in using MS Office applications
Strong organisational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data capture and management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with faculty, students, and other stakeholders
Displays strong adaptability and resilience when managing changing priorities and peak workload periods, while remaining open to learning
Customer-focused and people-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
Demonstrates teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and clients across complex organisations
Adaptable, resourceful and enjoys connecting with new people
The following would be advantageous:
